About the Role

We are seeking a Global Social Media Manager - Luxury Brands (Remote) to join Hyatt's Luxury Global Brand Team. In this role, you will shape how our luxury brands present themselves across social media platforms, ensuring a modern and elevated representation that resonates with today's luxury travelers. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while leading social media strategy for one of the fastest-growing hospitality brands.

What You'll Do

  • Own the global social media strategy, channel planning, and editorial calendars for Hyatt's luxury brands.
  • Lead end-to-end execution for major brand moments, including campaign launches and property openings.
  • Develop high-quality content ecosystems and brief creative partners with clear direction and elevated standards.
  • Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across social media, protecting distinct brand identities while adhering to global luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media to align organic and paid social strategies, optimizing content performance.
  • Create toolkits and governance to enable regional teams to execute locally with consistency.
  • Track performance metrics and report insights, translating analytics into actionable recommendations.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, including influencer programs and brand storytelling projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution, preferably within luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong command of social media platform best practices, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience in content development and campaign execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools like Sprinklr or Sprout Social.
  • Ability to establish social governance and enable regional teams with toolkits and standards.
  • Luxury or hospitality experience is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience partnering with Paid Media and CRM teams to maximize impact.
  • Global brand portfolio experience across multiple brand identities.
