What You'll Do

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions in both German and English.
• Utilize various tools such as Gorgias and Shopify to manage customer interactions.
• Handle technical support issues and provide repair estimations using Mitchell Cloud Estimating.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
