About the Role

We are seeking a talented Freelance UX/UI Designer to join our team at Catalyx. As a Freelance UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating complex research and insights into intuitive product experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a data-led insights platform that helps clients gain valuable insights.

What You'll Do

• Translate complex research into intuitive user experiences as a Freelance UX/UI Designer.
• Design dashboards, reporting tools, and complex workflows that enhance user interaction.
• Refine user journeys and workflows to simplify complex interactions.
• Strengthen UI and visual consistency across the product.
• Build a lightweight design system that supports the product's functionality.
• Deliver high-fidelity designs that are ready for development.
• Collaborate with a small, focused team to ensure the product meets client needs.
• Work on an initial contract duration of 4-6 weeks with the potential for ongoing ad hoc work.

Requirements

• Strong background in UX/UI design with a focus on user-centered design principles.
• Experience with market research or consumer brands is required.
• Ability to design complex workflows and dashboards effectively.
• Proficiency in creating user journeys that enhance user experience.
• Experience in developing design systems that ensure visual consistency.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work and design projects.
• Available for contract work for 4-6 weeks, with flexibility for remote work.
