Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting.
- 6+ months of experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance communication with diverse members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.
