Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting.
  • 6+ months of experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance communication with diverse members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.
