About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Sales Support (German-speaking) to join our dynamic team at StartUp Campus Germany. This remote position offers you the opportunity to assist our sales team in reaching out to potential customers in the DACH region. As a Freelance Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in our customer outreach efforts, making this a vital position for our growth.

What You'll Do

• Conduct telephone outreach to potential customers based on pre-qualified leads.
• Engage in effective communication with decision-makers in German.
• Schedule appointments and document interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up via email and maintain accurate contact data.
• Utilize CRM tools (Zoho) and AirCall to manage customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluent in German at a native or very high level.
• Proficient in English for internal communication.
• Preferred experience in B2B sales or telephone customer support.
• Strong reliability, diligence, and communication skills.
• Ability to work as a freelancer and invoice for services.
