About the Role

We are seeking experienced Freelance Recruiters specializing in iGaming to join our global network of talent acquisition partners. This Freelance Recruiter (Commission-Only) role offers substantial earning potential for high-performing recruiters who can deliver exceptional candidates in the competitive iGaming market. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will source candidates for a wide range of vacancies, including marketing and non-technical positions in the Asia region.

What You'll Do

  • Utilize a variety of tools and platforms to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Work closely with other recruiters to build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Negotiate offers and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with candidates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in iGaming recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successful placements of Korean and Japanese candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sourcing candidates for technical roles.
  • Familiarity with the latest recruitment trends in the iGaming industry.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
