Freelance Product Designer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Freelance Product Designer to join our team remotely. As a Freelance Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our civic tech projects. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Participate in user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Support the go-to-market strategy by providing design assets for marketing campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in B2B or B2G environments is a plus.
