Freelance Marketing Operations Project Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Marketing Operations Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Dolead. As a global leader in lead generation, we assist over 200 clients across 15 countries in transforming paid media into measurable pipelines. This Freelance Marketing Operations Project Manager role offers you the chance to work remotely while managing various projects and collaborating with diverse teams to drive our growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring operational configuration for clients using internal tools.
• Create and optimize landing pages, providing constructive feedback for improvements.
• Oversee and facilitate new client launches, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Billable Rate and Conversion Rate (CVR).
• Act as a cross-functional project manager for client launches, coordinating efforts across teams.
• Set up A/B testing and analyze data to optimize performance and enhance conversion funnels.
• Propose and implement innovative ideas to improve marketing strategies and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance and refine internal tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Web Design.
• Strong expertise in marketing and a solid understanding of the marketing funnel.
• Proven experience in landing page design and management.
• Excellent project management skills to coordinate team objectives effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Problem-solving skills and a curiosity about consumer experience.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• International account management experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.

• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with data analysis software.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
