Freelance Marketing Designer - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance Marketing Designer to join our team remotely. As a Freelance Marketing Designer, you will support our marketing team with various design tasks over the next six months, working approximately 20 hours a week. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while working flexibly from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do

• Develop a new design system based on the homepage redesign.
• Create around 5 LinkedIn graphics and animations per week.
• Edit approximately 5 videos for LinkedIn and YouTube each month.
• Design PPC ad graphics and clips for a multi-channel ad campaign.
• Create engaging landing pages for paid ad campaigns.
• Design swag and banners for events.
• Create blog featured images, product screenshots, and microanimations.
• Edit images for newsletters.
• Participate in monthly syncs with the internal design team for alignment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in UX/UI design and user-centric interfaces.
• Strong foundation in graphic design, composition, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to create and maintain a consistent design system.
• Proficiency in motion graphics and creating animations.
• Competence in video editing for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Ability to apply and enforce brand guidelines consistently.
• Knowledge of preparing files for print production.
• Ability to leverage AI for video production enhancements.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Familiarity with Figma or Sketch for design collaboration.
• Understanding of SEO principles for design.
