About the Role

As a Freelance International Relations Consultant at Mindrift, you will play a crucial role in developing a skills taxonomy and qualification tests for applicants in the field of AI. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing you to contribute to innovative AI projects from anywhere in the USA. You will collaborate with a global team to shape AI projects, utilizing collective intelligence for ethical AI development.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement a structured skills taxonomy for AI applicants.
• Create competency-based assessments to evaluate applicants effectively.
• Provide expert recommendations on classification methodologies.
• Collaborate with methodologists on taxonomy and recruitment strategies.
• Review and refine taxonomy and tests based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous improvement of assessment tools to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Support the alignment of recruitment strategies with the skills needs of the organization.
• Contribute to the innovative Mindrift platform, enhancing its capabilities in AI education.

Requirements

• Expertise in International Relations or a related field.
• Experience in skills taxonomy development and assessment creation.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
