Freelance Art Supervisor - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Freelance Art Supervisor to join our creative team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the conception and design of integrated advertising campaigns while managing the creative process to ensure all work is strategically and creatively aligned. As a Freelance Art Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our projects and fostering collaboration across teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the creative design team, ensuring high-quality output that meets client expectations.
• Develop innovative and strategic ideas to address client marketing challenges.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring on-brand visuals and accurate content delivery.
• Monitor the overall quality of agency creative output and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster positive relationships between the creative team and other agency departments.
• Define project strategies and translate them into compelling creative concepts.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, budgets, and project deliverables effectively.
• Participate in client meetings to present creative ideas and concepts as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in creative management or a similar role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry is preferred.
• Outstanding creative presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite on PC or Mac.
• A digital portfolio showcasing your creative work is required.
