About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Founding Head of Sales to join Immunefi, a leader in the Web3 security space. As the Head of Sales remote, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and driving revenue growth. This is a unique chance to build a sales organization from the ground up while directly engaging with key clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead critical client engagements, building trust with founders and CTOs to secure high-value partnerships.
  • Design and implement the "Immunefi Sales Engine," including equitable hiring rubrics and transparent pricing models.
  • Act as a liaison between market needs and our Product team, translating client feedback into actionable insights.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the sales team and across the organization.
  • Utilize modern sales operations tools and CRM systems to optimize workflows and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in scaling sales functions, particularly in the "Zero-to-One" phase.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, especially in high-trust professional services.
  • Digital fluency in the Web3 ecosystem, including platforms like Telegram, Signal, and Discord.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity with a positive outlook.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the crypto or blockchain industry.
  • Familiarity with data reporting and analytics tools.
  • Previous leadership experience in a remote-first environment.
