FinOps Solution Architect - Retail (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a FinOps Solution Architect - Retail to join our team at Hitachi Solutions. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with clients in the retail sector, helping them leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to achieve their business goals. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs and designing tailored solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with clients to understand their business strategies and high-level requirements.
• Demonstrate how future state solutions align with clients' articulated business strategies within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Utilize your specialist knowledge of business processes and Microsoft Dynamics products to expand solution footprints.
• Provide solution propositions that are supported by clear and measurable business outcomes.
• Document and take accountability for all Solution Design deliverables.
• Act as the single point of design authority between functional and technical teams.
• Guide Client Programme Directors and Project Managers, ensuring all responsibilities align with Hitachi Solutions' Quality Management Policy.
• Own the functional and technical workstream solution design, ensuring successful integration across projects.

Requirements

• Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and integrations.
• Experience in developing customized solutions for complex business problems.
• Demonstrable long-term experience as a Solution Architect, particularly in the retail/commerce industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Solution Design and Integration Design.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
