What You'll Do

• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target setting processes within Luminor.
• Analyze performance trends and deliver insights to executive management, enhancing decision-making.
• Coordinate Group Financial Planning and Analysis unit deliveries with the CFO and other organizational units.
• Develop and maintain processes and documentation for effective performance management.
• Actively participate in the development of internal tools and solutions to streamline financial operations.
• Contribute to the continuous quality improvement of the financial planning process, ensuring high standards.

Requirements

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Solid understanding of banking business and financial principles.
• 4+ years of experience in finance or related fields.
• Well-developed presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ownership mindset and result orientation, with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time under pressure.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• A degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a similar field.
• Fluent English is required for effective communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience in working with international teams.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment.
