Finance & Strategy Associate - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Finance & Strategy Associate to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving financial performance and strategic initiatives across the organization. As a Finance & Strategy Associate, you will leverage your analytical skills to support financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting efforts, ensuring that we meet our financial goals effectively.

What You'll Do

• Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for KPI reporting and cash flow management.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
• Engage in lifecycle marketing strategies and retention initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations.
• Excellent analytical and operational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with financial operations and invoicing processes.
• Knowledge of strategic finance and advertising metrics.
