About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, providing insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage cash flow and optimize financial performance.
• Implement and maintain financial models to support revenue forecasting and controlling.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support the executive team in strategic initiatives and financial planning.
• Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as Typescript, NodeJS, and NestJS is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in revenue recognition and sales finance.
• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CPA or CFA.
