Finance Internship - Remote Opportunity for Fall 2025

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our finance team in this remote internship opportunity. This Finance Internship will provide you with an excellent chance to explore the inner workings of a finance department, gain exposure to executive-level operations, and learn how strategic financial decisions are made within a global organization.

What You'll Do

• Learn how to collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data.
• Observe and participate in reviews of internal processes.
• Gain insight into the development of financial policies and procedures.
• Assist with audit preparation and communications with external auditors.
• Research vendors and gain experience in cost benchmarking.
• Explore how internal controls and compliance documentation are tracked.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Gain exposure to treasury operations.
• Observe the creation of departmental goals and finance metrics dashboards.
• Participate in special projects related to cybersecurity awareness.

Requirements

• A major in Finance or a related field.
• Detail-oriented and motivated.
• Willingness to learn and participate in various finance-related tasks.
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week.
