As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and sending invoices, processing incoming payments, and maintaining a general financial overview. Your expertise will support our mission to promote mental health through mindfulness.

What You'll Do

• Create and send invoices to clients and partners.
• Process incoming payments and transfers efficiently.
• Store and categorize receipts using DATEV software.
• Prepare monthly closings and budget plans to ensure financial health.
• Check installment payments and maintain an accurate financial overview.
• Communicate via email and meetings with our team, tax consultancy, and meditation instructors.
• Handle other organizational tasks related to finance and administration.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong communication skills, especially in a remote work context.

• Interest in meditation and mindfulness topics.
