About the Role

We are seeking a talented Finance Business Consultant - ERP Implementations to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead client engagements and transformation initiatives, providing expert guidance on ERP solutions and financial processes. As a Finance Business Consultant, you will work closely with clients to enhance their financial execution and reporting capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client financial goals and objectives.
  • Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Engage with executive-level stakeholders to communicate project progress and gather requirements.
  • Provide mentorship opportunities for junior consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Utilize your expertise in Sage Intacct, Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, and other ERP systems to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements during implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance consulting or ERP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct and Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in relevant ERP solutions.
  • Experience in manufacturing or cloud ERP implementations.
  • Familiarity with Syteline ERP and CloudSuite Industrial.
