Finance and Accounts Executive - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Executive to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting our global clients. As a Finance and Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and statements, providing insights into cash flow management and financial performance.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and revenue accounting.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consultative sales or SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of India Direct TAX and GST regulations.
• Certification as a Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
