About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Field Support Engineer II - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical support or field service role, preferably in the medical technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and IT networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • A+ and Net+ certifications are highly desirable.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with regulatory affairs and FDA submissions.
  • Familiarity with database management and network storage solutions.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles.
