About the Role
We’re hiring a Field Service Mechanic to join our growing team at Coates. This remote opportunity allows you to work flexibly while playing a key role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment, including earthmoving machinery, generators, and pumps. As a Field Service Mechanic, you will ensure our equipment is safe and ready for our customers, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair equipment both in the field and workshop.
- Support customers with breakdowns, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.
- Work independently while being backed by a supportive team.
- Uphold Coates' high standards for safety, service, and reliability.
- Manage your time effectively to meet service demands.
Requirements
- Relevant trade qualifications in mechanics.
- Experience with petrol and diesel motors, hydraulics, and basic electrical skills.
- Current driver's license; Forklift and EWP tickets are beneficial.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and preventative maintenance skills.
- A commitment to safety and excellent customer service.
