What You'll Do
- Safely transport residents to various appointments and outings.
- Maintain a friendly and secure environment during rides.
- Engage with residents, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Complete necessary training and certification to enhance your skills.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure the best care for our residents.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- CPR & First Aid certification (we’ll assist you in obtaining this).
- Clean driving record and ability to pass the Passenger Assistance course.
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and physical exams.
- STNA license is a plus, but not required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare transportation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role.
