Event Installer/​Driver - Remote Opportunities Available

About the Role

We are looking for an Event Installer/Driver to join our team at Quest Events. This role emphasizes reliability and determination, focusing on driving and customer service. As an Event Installer/Driver, you will operate box trucks and vans, safely loading and unloading gear, and transporting crews to various event venues. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation while demonstrating safe driving skills and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Do

• Deliver and pick up gear and crew to event venues.
• Prepare for daily scheduled activities both in the warehouse and on-site.
• Work collaboratively with a Crew Leader and a team of Crew Members.
• Load and unload company vehicles at the warehouse and job sites.
• Set and strike drape and hardware at event venues.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the event process.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work is finished.

Requirements

• Prior customer service-related job experience preferred but not required.
• Understanding of hotel/convention docks.
• Ability to execute consecutive events while handling associated stresses and challenges.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Possess a valid, unexpired driver’s license with prior box truck/van driving experience.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• Must be able to lift 62 lbs and work on a step ladder.
