About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at the Defense Information Systems Agency. This role is essential for supporting the mission of the U.S. Cyber Command. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will provide technical guidance over IT systems and applications, ensuring the security and efficiency of operations. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance and offers a unique opportunity to work in a critical national security environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support to customers, minimizing interruptions in their ability to carry out critical business activities.
  • Review technical and design specifications to address customer requirements effectively.
  • Develop and manage customer performance requirements and support policies and procedures.
  • Serve on application implementation teams to ensure customer service requirements are met.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience in customer service and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Strong oral communication skills for briefing management and IT staff.
  • Attention to detail in reviewing IT-related work for accuracy and completeness.
  • Problem-solving skills to address complex IT issues.

  • Previous volunteer or military service experience in IT roles.
