What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in machine learning processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Proven track record of leading successful machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
