We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Frontend Experience to join our dynamic team. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the frontend development strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the development of frontend applications using technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Webpack.
• Implement best practices in software engineering management, ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, data engineering, and customer support, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Drive the adoption of micro frontend architecture and module federation to enhance scalability and maintainability.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering and team leadership.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience with micro frontends and module federation.
• Proven track record in software engineering management and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile optimization and CapacitorJS.
• Familiarity with machine learning and MLOps.
• Knowledge of legal operations and contract management.
