- Collaborate with HR teams to enhance employee experience through effective communication and support.
- Utilize HRIS for data management and reporting on benefits utilization.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in employee benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HRIS systems.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for benefits improvement.

- Experience with project coordination in HR settings.
- Familiarity with RFP management processes.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
