About the Role
We are seeking a talented EMEA Field Marketing Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead field marketing initiatives across the EMEA region, driving demand generation and enhancing our brand presence. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute innovative field marketing strategies to drive engagement and lead generation across EMEA.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Manage and oversee event marketing efforts, including webinars, trade shows, and regional events.
- Utilize HubSpot and other sales engagement tools to track campaign performance and analyze results.
- Engage with partners and VARs to enhance channel sales and build strong relationships.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with technical talent sourcing and recruiting.
- Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Golang, or Python.
