About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition & Operations - Remote to lead our recruitment strategies and operational excellence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our talent acquisition processes and enhance our organizational capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that we attract and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace culture.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead high-volume recruiting efforts and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Utilize AI integration in hiring processes to enhance candidate sourcing and experience.
  • Manage operational excellence initiatives to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effective vendor management.
  • Engage with stakeholders to enhance employer branding and community engagement.
  • Oversee financial systems related to recruitment and talent management.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, fostering professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and operations management, preferably in the nonprofit or education sector.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and employee benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in grant management and fundraising is a plus.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within HR or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment strategy and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and AI tools in recruitment is highly desirable.

  • Experience in educational leadership or program implementation.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations in HR.
  • Previous experience in community engagement initiatives.
