About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Project Management - Oncology (Remote) to lead our project management team in delivering impactful clinical trials. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational goals. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple oncology project teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Develop and implement project management strategies that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
• Monitor project performance and implement process improvements to enhance operational excellence.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines and other regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project manager in the oncology or clinical trials field.
• Strong understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data management and validation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, project management) is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and medical writing.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
