About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our team remotely. As a key strategist, you will shape our market positioning and drive competitive standards for our innovative platform. This role is pivotal in bridging high-level brand vision with the practical realities of our product roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Own the master product messaging and positioning frameworks, ensuring our platform is recognized as a strategic investment for digital transformation.
- Act as the primary liaison to the Product Management organization, ensuring the roadmap is influenced by market needs.
- Collaborate across teams, serving as the narrative connective tissue between Product, Sales, Analyst Relations, and Corporate Marketing.
- Develop and maintain foundational marketing artifacts that accurately represent our business.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Core PMM team across multiple time zones, fostering their growth and technical acumen.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related strategic function within B2B SaaS.
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team.
- Direct experience in CMS, DXP, or Personalization technology is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on fluency in modern software architecture and the ability to read API documentation.

- Experience with global teams (US and EMEA).
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams.
- Ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
