About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our team remotely at Contentful. What You'll Do

  • Own the master product messaging and positioning frameworks, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Product Management and marketing, translating technical milestones into compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Analyst Relations, and Corporate Marketing to integrate core messaging into global campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain foundational marketing assets, including corporate decks and platform narratives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Product Marketing team across multiple time zones, fostering growth and technical acumen.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related strategic function within B2B SaaS.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a team, with a strong focus on CMS, DXP, or personalization technology.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Hands-on fluency in modern software architecture and the ability to read API documentation.
  • A proven track record of managing global teams and a passion for mentoring.
