About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Product, Growth/AI to join our team at Brex. As a leader in this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of our Growth Product team, focusing on customer acquisition and onboarding. This position is pivotal in shaping the future of our AI-powered spend platform, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our offerings and deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Growth Product team, overseeing strategy and execution to drive customer acquisition and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, particularly for clients with complex spending needs.
  • Develop features and tools that empower GTM and Marketing teams to maximize their efforts.
  • Analyze GTM funnel and conversion metrics to inform product priorities and roadmap decisions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Define and execute a multi-quarter Growth strategy in partnership with Engineering, Design, and other departments.
  • Continuously refine activation processes based on feedback and performance data to enhance customer value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or management consulting, with a focus on scaling B2B products and GTM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders across departments.
  • Systems-thinking mindset, capable of identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and executives.

  • Familiarity with financial technology and corporate spending solutions.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
