About the Role

Join Brex as the Director of Product, focusing on Growth and AI strategies. In this pivotal role, you will lead the Growth Product team, driving customer acquisition and onboarding efforts through innovative product strategies. As a key player in our mission to empower businesses with AI-powered financial solutions, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and ensure seamless integration for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of the Growth Product team, focusing on customer acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to optimize customer acquisition strategies, particularly for complex spending needs.
  • Develop features and tools that enhance the effectiveness of GTM and Marketing teams, maximizing their outreach efforts.
  • Analyze GTM funnel metrics to derive insights that will inform product priorities and roadmap decisions.
  • Manage a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Define and execute a multi-quarter Growth strategy in partnership with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data teams.
  • Drive product investments that improve key GTM metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) payback and pipeline conversion.
  • Continuously refine activation processes based on feedback and performance data to enhance customer value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or management consulting, with a strong focus on scaling B2B products and GTM systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with basic SQL skills preferred to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders across various departments.
  • A systems-thinking mindset, capable of identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency within product and technical systems.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and executives, building trust and effective working relationships.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $340,000 - $425,000 per year.
