About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Product Design to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. What You'll Do

• Lead the product design team to create exceptional user experiences for our B2B SaaS products.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
• Oversee the design process from concept through to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Utilize tools such as Figma and A/B testing to refine designs based on user feedback and data.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive product vision and execution.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and improve product functionality.
• Drive the development of design systems that enhance consistency and efficiency across products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Director of Product Design or similar role in a SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design leadership and successful product outcomes.
• Expertise in UX/UI design principles, design systems, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization and AI-powered products is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2B SaaS platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passion for creating impactful user experiences that drive business success.
