About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to join our team in a remote capacity. As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability across restaurants, bars, and banquets. What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and guest satisfaction initiatives.

• Collaborate with the General Manager to align F&B strategies with overall hotel objectives.

Requirements

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position is required.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
