Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist - German-Speaking

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team at Lingo-Nova. This position is ideal for a German-speaking professional looking to advance their career in digital marketing. As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, you will support high-value customers by implementing optimization strategies and data-driven digital marketing solutions. This role primarily focuses on Google Ads and performance analysis across multiple Google products.

What You'll Do

• Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value customers.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, mainly Google Ads.
• Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations.
• Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop expertise across Google products, including Search Network, Mobile, and YouTube.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads is essential.
• Experience with Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of KPIs.
• Good Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
• Native or near-native German (C2) is required for this role.

Nice to Have

• Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.

What We Offer

• Annual Base Salary: €23,000 gross.
• Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross base salary.
• Language Premium: €3,240 per year.
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day.
