- Manage and execute paid media campaigns internally while overseeing external agency partnerships.
- Collaborate with campaign, events, product marketing, and regional teams to integrate paid media into go-to-market initiatives.
- Define and track KPIs for paid media performance, including pipeline contribution and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data, attribution models, and industry best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends and AI-driven advertising innovations.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of digital marketing experience with proven management of multi-channel paid media campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising and hands-on experience across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic display (DSPs).
- Experience in B2B technology sectors including data infrastructure, AI, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth through effective paid media strategies.
- Strong knowledge of attribution models and analytics tools; proficiency in Excel is required, and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and present outcomes effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an innovative mindset embracing emerging technologies.
