Digital Marketing Generalist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Generalist to join our team at Within3. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive engagement and increase conversions for our prospects and existing customers. As a Digital Marketing Generalist, you'll be instrumental in executing digital marketing strategies that fuel our growth.

What You'll Do

• Execute a digital lead generation strategy that aligns with our overall marketing objectives.
• Manage Within3's social media presence to enhance brand visibility.
• Own and develop Within3's employee advocacy program to boost thought leadership and campaign reach.
• Run targeted paid LinkedIn ads to expand audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the Events Manager to create and implement marketing strategies for live events and virtual engagements such as webinars and workshops.
• Work with various marketing functions to ensure campaign alignment with our global strategy.
• Provide marketing operations support, including setting up HubSpot workflows and sales sequences.
• Support sales operations by triaging and monitoring leads.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of relevant marketing experience, particularly in digital channel execution.
• Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• High proficiency in marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot, and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment; familiarity with the life sciences industry is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced, and agile work environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools for creating marketing materials.
