What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, primarily Google Ads, ensuring they meet quality, policy, and performance standards.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to enhance results.
• Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, and budget optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, preparing basic performance reports and optimization insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support overall marketing goals and initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Google Ads is required.
• Basic understanding of online advertising and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Valid EU ID or Residence Card for Portugal is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Google Ads certification.
• Experience with PPC, paid media, or digital marketing roles.
• Familiarity with analytics and performance measurement tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
