What You'll Do

• Manage client accounts by collecting and sharing feedback to enhance products and services.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop account strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
• Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Research market trends and client objectives to provide insightful recommendations.
• Spot optimization opportunities and present tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system.
• Work towards achieving revenue and performance targets.

Requirements

• C2 level of English proficiency is required.
• Ideally, 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or account management.
• Experience with digital advertising tools such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized and goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the advertising industry.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Previous experience working in a multicultural environment.
