What You'll Do
- Manage client accounts by collecting and sharing feedback to enhance products and services.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop account strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Research market trends and client objectives to provide insightful recommendations.
- Spot optimization opportunities and present tailored digital advertising solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system.
- Work towards achieving revenue and performance targets.
Requirements
- C2 level of English proficiency is required.
- Ideally, 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or account management.
- Experience with digital advertising tools such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized and goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts.

- Experience in the advertising industry.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment.
