What You'll Do

  • Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned, adhering to company and manufacturer standards.
  • Utilize your skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively, ensuring repairs are completed correctly the first time.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of passionate professionals dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency in your work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in diesel service and repair.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a truck dealership environment.
  • Cummins, Detroit Diesel, and/or Heavy-Duty certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Freightliner trucks is helpful but not required.
  • Flat rate/commission experience is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid CDL is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and own necessary basic tools.

Nice to Have

  • ASE Heavy Duty certification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
