About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Driver for Letters and Packages to join our team at Swiss Post. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while ensuring that dreams arrive safely and on time. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in shaping the streets of Gossau, embodying reliability and quality in every delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Load delivery vehicles early in the morning (around 6:00 AM) with your team and prepare for your delivery route.
  • Ensure timely and flawless delivery of packages and letters in your designated area.
  • Engage with customers on your route, answering their questions and contributing to customer satisfaction.
  • Work regularly on Saturdays, with duties shared among the team.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness to handle packages weighing up to 30 kg.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Category B driver's license; Category A1 is a plus or willingness to obtain it before starting.
  • Enjoy working both in a team and independently, feeling comfortable driving large vehicles in traffic.
  • Demonstrate reliability and efficiency in your work.
  • Good verbal communication skills in German and proficiency with digital devices.

  • Experience in a delivery or logistics role.
  • Familiarity with the Gossau area.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
