What You’ll Do

• Develop and deploy ML/AI models tailored to business needs.
• Fine-tune and extend LLMs, applying RAG for optimized performance.
• Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to enhance model accuracy.
• Build Generative AI solutions for automation and innovation.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure quality through rigorous testing.

Requirements

• Strong experience in ML, AI, and data science.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2); French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• MLOps experience.
