Data Analyst Consultant - Microsoft Sales (Remote)

About the Role

Adrenaline Consulting is seeking a Data Analyst Consultant - Microsoft Sales to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position where you will drive data analytics and process improvements for Microsoft’s global sales teams. You will have the opportunity to work from home with flexible hours, collaborating with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Utilize your data analytics skills to support global programs impacting over 30,000 salespersons.
• Leverage tools such as Excel, SQL, Power Apps, and Power BI to create reports and dashboards that enhance field seller programs.
• Collaborate with Adrenaline team members to develop validation reports and communication materials that help field sellers maximize their earnings through incentives and bonuses.
• Lead stakeholder calls to drive action items and obtain necessary sign-offs.
• Build best practices within cross-functional teams, focusing on design standards and operational processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience at Microsoft in a full-time or vendor role is required.
• Experience in a business group or field sales role is essential.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools such as MSX, MS Sales, and MSC is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel Pivot Tables, SQL, Power BI, and Power Apps is mandatory.
• Experience with AI agents is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
