About the Role

We are seeking a talented CyberArk Engineer/Architect to join our team on a remote contract basis. This role is crucial for supporting enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs across Europe. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals, focusing on CyberArk platform engineering, architecture, and strategic PAM transformation. As a CyberArk Engineer/Architect, you'll be expected to work during European business hours, ensuring seamless collaboration with teams across various regions.

What You'll Do

  • Design, deploy, and support CyberArk PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Implement CyberArk PAS, PSM, CPM, EPM, and Secrets Management hands-on.
  • Onboard privileged accounts across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, performance tuning, and upgrades.
  • Automate PAM processes using REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Collaborate with IAM, security operations, and cloud teams across regions.
  • Lead CyberArk design decisions across hybrid and cloud-first environments as a CyberArk Architect.
  • Define PAM standards, policies, and governance models.

Requirements

  • CyberArk Engineer: 6+ years of hands-on CyberArk experience.
  • CyberArk Architect / SME: 8+ years of CyberArk-focused experience.
  • Deep expertise across CyberArk PAM stack (PAS, PSM, CPM, EPM, Secrets Manager).
  • Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and enterprise security architecture.
  • Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Automation and scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs).
  • Experience working in global, distributed teams.
  • Mandatory certifications: CyberArk Sentry Certification or CyberArk Guardian Certification.
