Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Experience with customer success tools and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
