Customer Success Manager - Remote for Social Gaming Product
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our VIP users of Kiss Kiss, a social and dating product with gaming mechanics, boasting over 180 million installations worldwide. As a Customer Success Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience and building long-term relationships with our most valuable players.
What You'll Do
- Engage with VIP clients through personalized communication, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Strengthen long-term relationships by becoming a trusted personal manager who is always available.
- Understand the unique needs of each VIP client to tailor your approach effectively.
- Proactively reach out to users to inquire about their progress, mood, and overall impressions of the product.
- Assist in resolving any issues quickly by collaborating closely with other teams.
- Offer personalized recommendations based on user feedback and insights.
- Collect feedback and identify patterns that affect user retention and satisfaction.
- Communicate insights to the product team to drive improvements and new hypotheses.
- Track key metrics for VIP clients, including activity, engagement, and retention rates.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Community Management, Support, or related roles.
- Proven experience working with VIP users.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance player experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships and communicate effectively.
- Organizational skills to maintain detailed notes on each VIP client and track insights.
- Understanding of B2C products, particularly in gaming or mobile applications.
