We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (Russian/English) remote to join our team at Binance, the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • College degree or above.
  • Fluent in Russian and advanced English speaker.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or e-commerce.
  • Outstanding new graduates are also welcomed to apply.
  • High level of honesty and integrity; proactive and meticulous.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
  • Able to work under pressure with strong communication skills.
  • Passionate about the customer service industry and willing to work under different shifts.
